Mini Yorkshires with Shaved Beef: These petite yorkshires were filled with shaved beef, caramelized onions, and horseradish cream, topped with a delicate black pepper foam.


Rustic Cherry Tomato Gratin: Topped with Parmesan, walnuts, and wild rocket, this dish brought a rustic yet refined touch to the table.


Asparagus Mimosa: Served with aioli, red pepper, and feta, this vibrant dish offered a fresh and delicate bite.


Scones with Clotted Cream and Homemade Butter Curls: Paired with strawberry jam, our traditional scones added a nod to timeless indulgence.


Citrus Tarts and Chocolate Fondants: The perfect blend of tart and sweet, with the chocolate fondants prepared from Kelly’s exclusive recipe.


Crème Brûlée: A personal favourite of the bride, this iconic French dessert was executed to perfection, with its delicate caramelised top.


Roasted Camembert with Garlic and Figs: Served on bruschetta with an olive tapenade, this dish was a luxurious end to the savoury portion of the menu.


Salad and Cream Cheese Pinwheels: Elegantly topped with salmon and ginger tartare, paired with chilli-steamed prawns, this dish epitomises sophistication.
